These conditions concern principalspartnership.com. Its operator is “we.” They apply contractually only where a valid agreement exists under applicable law. If an optional feature requires acceptance and you disagree, do not use it.

An example involving school leadership should be assessed against your institution’s own responsibilities and procedures before being applied in practice.

Education-leadership articles supply general information and may express opinion. They do not replace local policies, safeguarding procedures, qualified advice or individual institutional judgment. Check consequential claims with appropriate sources. Material is not guaranteed complete, current or accurate; third-party information, prices and availability can change before coverage is revised.

Using the material and the website

• Content is owned or lawfully used by the operator. Personal reading and sharing links are permitted. Obtain authorization for protected copying, republication or commercial use unless fair use or another legal exception applies. Outside names and marks retain their ownership and imply no affiliation.
• Correspondence must be yours to send. It permits handling and a response, not an unlimited license to publish private exchanges. Further publishing or commissioned-work rights require separate agreement. Omit unnecessary confidential records.
• Do not threaten, deceive, spam or send unlawful content. Malware, unauthorized access, circumventing restrictions and overwhelming activity are prohibited. Reasonable access limits may address misuse or protect operation.

Optional advertising, sponsorship and affiliate referrals can generate compensation, including commissions for qualifying actions. Relevant material relationships will be disclosed. Placement does not guarantee quality, suitability or results. Third-party providers control their terms, security and availability; purchases, bookings, accounts, fulfillment and support remain with them. Linking does not create responsibility for their services.

Limits and continuing effect

Where legally allowed, access carries no promise of uninterrupted use, error-free content or fitness for a particular purpose. Any exclusion of indirect or consequential losses is limited by applicable law. Nonwaivable rights, remedies and liabilities are preserved.
